Refund & Cancellation Policy

GrowwPaisa is a rewards platform. Users earn rewards by completing partner offers and referrals; the Platform does not sell physical goods or charge users a purchase price for these rewards. As there is no customer purchase, traditional “product refunds” do not apply. Instead, this policy governs how earned rewards and withdrawal payouts are handled, reversed, or cancelled.

• Rewards are credited to your wallet only after the relevant partner confirms valid completion of a task.
• If a partner later rejects, reverses, or invalidates a task (for example, due to incomplete activity, duplication, or fraud), the corresponding reward may be deducted from your wallet even if it was provisionally credited.
• We are not able to “refund” a reward that a partner has declined to confirm, as the value for that task is never released to us.

• When you request a withdrawal, the amount is deducted from your wallet and sent to your chosen bank account or UPI ID through our regulated third-party payment partner.
• If a payout fails, is rejected, or is reversed by the payment partner or the beneficiary bank (for example, due to incorrect bank details, an inactive account, or a technical decline), the amount is automatically credited back to your GrowwPaisa wallet. You may then correct your details and request the withdrawal again.
• Successful payouts cannot be cancelled or recalled once the funds have been delivered to the beneficiary account.
• You are responsible for providing accurate payout details. We are not liable for funds transferred to an incorrect account due to details you provided.

A withdrawal request that is still pending (not yet dispatched to the payment partner) may be cancelled by our support team on request, in which case the amount is returned to your wallet. Once a request has been dispatched for processing, it can no longer be cancelled; it will settle, or, if it fails, be auto-credited back to your wallet as described above.

• Most payouts via UPI/IMPS are processed instantly to within a few hours, subject to banking networks.
• Reversals of failed payouts are typically reflected in your wallet within 1–3 business days, depending on the payment partner and banking systems.
• If an amount has been deducted but is neither delivered nor credited back within this window, please contact support with your transaction reference.

If you close your account, any verified wallet balance eligible for withdrawal can be paid out subject to successful KYC and the minimum withdrawal threshold. Rewards that are unverified, under review, or found to be fraudulent are not payable.
